Disney is widely known as the "Happiest Place on Earth," but is it really? These former and present Disney employees reveal some of the strangest, funniest and downright disturbing things they've witnessed while working at the infamous theme park.

Cinderella’s Castle: Where Dreams Don’t Come True

source

"I was working at Cinderella's Castle when this family came in…the husband stands up and taps his glass. He announced his wife of 15 years has been cheating on him. He left his wife crying."

The Haunted Memorial

"Overnight cast member here. Please, PLEASE leave your cremated loved ones at home. Stop dumping them in the Haunted Mansion."

The Five-Legged Elephant

"I was a safari driver in Animal Kingdom. We had this elephant named Willy…I hear a tiny voice from the back, "MOM! HE HAS 5 LEGS!" There's Willy, with his penis just swaying in the Florida breeze."

A bag full of an unexpected delivery.

"An abandoned bag was left at the base of Space Mountain, so we followed the normal security procedures and brought a bomb dog out. He sniffed it and sat down, which signals there is something wrong with this bag. So we had to evacuate all of Tomorrowland. Turned out that the backpack was just forgotten, full of carne asada burritos and Pluto sat down because he thought he was getting a treat."

The Real Life Evil Queen

source

"A boy from Make-a-Wish got to go to the front of every line. This lady started complaining about it saying he didn't deserve to go to the front of the line. The look on the parents' faces was heartbreaking."

A story of great triumph and great failure.

"A kid threw up in front of the entrance of a ride. This guy comes running to the front, tried to jump between the trash cans blocking the barf, lands in it and his legs slip out from under him. He fell and rolled in the barf."

The worst parenting award at a theme park goes to…

source

"This couple was trying to ride Space Mountain and had a black bag with them. I heard something come from the bag and when they refused to open it, security came and their 6 month old baby was in there."

Snow White isn’t always as kind as she seems.

source

"A woman dressed up like Snow White in the parks, belligerently drunk and pretending to be the character by signing autographs and taking pictures with people. She was escorted out and caused a huge scene."

This has to be the most awkward Disney encounter ever.

source

"A guy rubbed his nipple and asked if he could 'strike a deal' with me so his kids could meet a character after I had closed the line. No means no, even if you're rubbing your nipples."

An Overzealous Nut Cracker Fan

source

I played a Nutcracker one Christmas and was doing meet and greets. A little boy grabbed onto my leg for the picture and right when his mom snaps it he grabs my junk exclaiming, "Mommy it's a boy nutcracker!"

This lady just couldn’t wait like the rest of us.

source

"I saw a mother climb a tree and swing down in the middle of another family's meet and greet with Beast. She didn't want to wait in line."

And this guy definitely just couldn’t hold it in.

"I saw an adult drop his pants and take a dump next to a line of people and walk away laughing hysterically."

Beauty And The Beast draws the strangest crowds.

"These two old ladies would attend Beauty and the Beast stage show every day. They also brought with them their stuffed dead dog. They would take him out to 'watch the show.'"

This story definitely hits you right in the core.

"A guy gave the character Snow White an apple. They took it backstage and found out it was poisoned. She kept trying to say no thank you but he insisted she take it."

Cinderella’s castle isn’t for everyone.

A woman was caught kicking Cinderella's castle. She claimed a brick had come loose and she was trying to get it back into place, but the bricks are painted on. She tried suing the park saying she had broken a toe kicking the castle.
